Youth ministry is vital at the Northside church of Christ as it directly touches the lives of our young people and their families. The youth program is designed to spiritually strengthen each young person it touches. As a result of this emphasis a variety of activities are made available to the youth of this congregation including Bible Classes, Youth Devotionals, Retreats, Service Projects, Youth Rallies, Summer Camp and Vacation Bible School
In addition to these activities, our youth are heavily involved in our Bible Bowl program. This program involves a Bible knowledge competition between different congregations. Each Bible Bowl covers a different book or books of the Bible and is designed to increase the knowledge of our youth and to create abiding friendships with other young Christians. Northside hosts its own Bible Bowl each year as well as traveling to various cities and states to participate in others. Our Deacon of Youth, Allan Davis is the director of our Bible Bowl competition and helps our kids prepare for others they will be attending.
